VOLLEYBALL

Volleyball players should be prepared to show two types of videos; player position skill repetitions and video of a full game.
Skills videos and/or real-time highlights (from behind a baseline) specific to a position will help coaches evaluate technique and fundamentals. Coaches want to see the result of the skill; don’t cut it short.  Be sure and remove all dead time to shorten the video. Coaches prefer to see you playing during a game against tough competitors.
When using real-time highlights from game film, make sure the beginning of the video has highlights from the same set and make sure there are several touches within the first 20-30 seconds. On winning rallies, limit the same looking play to 2 highlights. Limit aces to 1-2 per video.

If you live in Georgia and need help filming these skills we have video experts that will come to your practice or meet with you and your coach at any location. We can remove all dead time from game video (side changes, timeout, sub’s, etc)  Skills Filming Pricing
